Gerstein Crisis Centre

Provides crisis intervention to adults (16+) experiencing mental health crisis. Services include telephone crisis counselling, mobile crisis team and 3-5 day stays at the 10-bed crisis house.

Kids Help Phone

A confidential, anonymous phone and internet counselling and referral service for children and youth. Kids Help Phone provides 24/7 services and support on topics like bullying, dating, family, friendship and health.

Toronto Seniors Helpline

A single point of access for receiving information and access to community, home, and crisis services. Services are available in over 100 languages through a phone interpretation service. The helpline is open 365 days a year, 9am–8pm Monday to Friday and 10am–6pm on weekends and holidays.
