The City has received a development application for 230 Royal York, including a new nine-storey mixed use building with:

7 affordable rental replacement dwelling rooms,

83 m2 of ground floor commercial space,

10 surface car parking spaces, and

71 bike parking spaces.

Please note: as a Site Plan application (including a Minor Variance application), public feedback would typically be heard at the Committee of Adjustment hearing. However, I have received a petition from neighbours of the site, identifying a concern about the notification process. In response, I have coordinated with the applicant and City Staff to hold this special information meeting.
